PART of Dawlish sea wall damaged by recent storms is expected to reopen on Sunday. Engineers working on repairs say the stretchalong the old sea wall between Dawlish (Coastguards breakwater) and Rockstone footbridge is due to reopen from approximately 10am on Sunday, April 12.
