POLICE seized an illegal electric bike in Teignmouth after it nearly collided with a car near a primary school. Officers with Teignmouth and Dawlish Police witnessed the rider almost hit a car outside Teignmouth Primary School on Mill Lane yesterday, Thursday, March 12.
