POLICE are appealing for information following the theft of a hydraulic hammer breaker from Dawlish. The hydraulic hammer breaker/pecker, which is a RAW 400 - 8 tonne and orange in colour, was stolen from the area of Elm Grove Drive on Monday, February 9.
