An amber weather warning for rain is in place for parts of south-west England alongside yellow weather warnings for both wind and rain. Part of a historic pier washed away and a sea wall protecting the railway line at nearby Dawlish partially collapsed and train services were suspended between Exeter St Davids and Plymouth on Saturday.
