BOTH Black Swan nests in Dawlish have survived Storm Ingrid but they now face another onslaught with an Amber warning of more heavy rain from Storm Chandra. The Brook running through the town is already high but volunteers from WADE Waterways Around the Dawlish Environment will be monitoring water levels and adjusting sluice gates to control the flow.

Would help if all the debris and rubble was cleared/dredged  from the brook.

Believe both nests with eggs swept away.
