Dawlish Discussion

AT LAST!!!!
Flood signs along the Exeter Road. The road has been flooded most of the day and it's now 18.00hrs and we have flood signs put up.
Maybe they waited until they were paid extra time?
There are approximately 6 drains between the Rockstone Flats and the Catholic church and 5 of them are always blocked.
Why aren't they cleared regularly?
Is that not we pay part of our council tax for?
