ROYAL Navy veteran Richard Hayward has launched his latest Dawlish badge, this time to raise money following the Avian flu outbreak. Funds from the sale of this new badge will go towards the Waterfowl Appeal, launched after up to 50 birds were humanely culled having tested positive for the deadly virus.
