A PLAN for more than a dozen townhouses between Dawlish and Teignmouth has been given the green-light by planners. The planning application - reference 23/00305/MAJ - sought permission for the construction of 13 townhouses at Shell Cove House, located on the edge of Dawlish and within close proximity to Holcombe.
