Police in Dawlish are investigating reports of youths on e-bikes attempting to steal a phone. The incident follows complaints about intimidation and anti-social behaviour in the area.

Most probably the same two who are frequently seen on there black e-bikes with all their black gangsta clothing and handbag strapped across their chest. When they are caught, ha ha yeah most probably not with the Keystone cops we have round here, but if they were. Get some wooden stocks put on the tiny section of The Lawn that is left and place these two little thugs in them and allow people to throw mouldy fish and vegetables at them for a week or two, if only.
