Hello im 20. Had a rough time recently so coming to Dawlish in April for a short stay. Can anyone suggest where to go and what to do and see?

Best thing to do is get yourself down the pub seems thats the best way to meet people.

dawlish is lovely and most people here are freindly u wont have much problems with finding things to do hope u have a graet time

Dawlish is a lovely town, most of the people are friendly, I hope you have a good visit.

I have to agree on this point. Whilst walking back from a game of bridge at a very good friends house recently (approximately 11pm), I passed the offending bandstand and saw some very unsavoury characters loitering there with intent. I am sure that if more funds were put into policing in our town then we could drive this kind of shenanagins deeper underground where it belongs. The same villains are responsible for the closure of our public conveniences at night. I wouldn't give them an inch

take no notice of them its a great place. When you come to dawlish check out the Teignmouth Inn on a friday night , karaoke fun and friendly pub.

Shy Guy dont know where you come from but Dawlish has a very low crime rate its very friendly,thats why a lot of people come to live here and on holiday.
Dont take notice of those trying to put you off

Then you will find Dawlish a very nice place it is nothing like Bristol. Go to the Landsdowne in the week someone will talk to you

Hello also just wondered, how bad does it get in Dawlish during the stormy weather? wouldn't like to wake up in my caravan in the middle of the sea! :)

well for ur caravan to do that it will have to go over the railway lime so i wouldnt worry to much,
just enjoy ur stua and tell other how lovely we all are here well most of us but like most places we have our idiots young and old
