But isn't it illegal to ride an e-scooter in Dawlish, unless on private ground?
If so, the scooter should be seized like in other places.
I assume the supposed illegal E-Bike clampdown the police said they had started has now been extended to make out they are doing more than they actually are. If the e-bike is not road legal I expect the little toe rags will just accelerate away from the police and get away ha ha ha
The reason they are plain clothed is because they don't exist. When was the last time you spotted a copper. If you want to catch a drug dealer try walking to the seafront after 5pm. They are all.supplying the winos
