CROWDS were out in force at Dawlish Celebrates Carnival to watch the iconic Red Arrows fly past. The RAF aerobatic display team performed the fly past yesterday afternoon. It was one of the highlights of the packed week of carnival events and activities which culminates tomorrow with the grand finale the Community Parade.
