Dawlish Discussion

So as from last Saturday you should be paying to park in the car/coach park at Sandy Lane.
There is something missing! I think Teignbridge Council have forgotten to erect a pay and display machine or is there a reason for the delay???

If theres not a machine dont worry and dont advertise the fact long may free parking reing
