Dawlish Discussion

I am looking to buy a property in the dawlish/teignmouth area but am not sure what areas I should be looking at or avoiding.

Any advice from locals would be appreciated.

For Dawlish go for properties along Exeter Road or the estates nearby.
Not too sure about Teignmouth.
