For those following this one - here are the minutes of the Standard Committee meeting which rejected the proposal that councillors declare that they are masons:

Human Rights - what an irony!

That if there's a register saying that they're not Masons, then everyone else is. Moot anyway, . So why don't they just simply lie on the Register.
