I am looking to purchase a holiday home in Dawlish Warren on a dog friendly site. I used to have 2 statics on Dawlish Sands but they reached the end of their lease 2 years ago. I do not want a new van, one with 5 - 10 years lease left is fine, does anyone know of any for sale. Many thanks

Have you tried Ladys Mile or Oakcliff, i,m sure they are dog friendly.

Thanks for the replies, I am looking for a van with up to 10 years lease left, anything more and the prices are stupid. When my last lease ended in 2006 I enquired about a new van, they wanted £30k for a caravan that is way over the top when you bear in mind it is £2.5k per year site fees on DS. I have seen the park homes on Hazelwood, the only problem there is that I have customers from my pet business who are interested in renting my van during the peak week, I don't think Hazelwood allow this :(
