Dawlish Discussion

Are sellers in Dawlish going to wake up, smell the coffee and cut their asking prices, or is Dawlish in some sort of cocoon. A special case, rather like Mayfair or Monte Carlo.

I take it you dont own one?
Same type properites on the south Sussex coast are £20,000 plus more than Dawlish.
So to move there, tis a problem I'm working on.
