Webmaster is in hospital!!!
Last night his brother told me that he had fallen over and broken both of the bones in his shin!! Nasty eh!1
So here is the first of what I'm sure will be a few Messages.

I HOPE THE NURSES ARE LOOKING AFTER YOU AND THAT IT IS THE GOOD LOOKING ONE WHO GIVES YOU YOUR BED BATH NOT THE BIG HAIRY ONE!!
Hi! I'm webmaster No2 after the first was put out of action.
Actually there are two webmasters to this site as me & a colleague developed the site a few years ago.
The main reason we don't contribute much to the site is that we are/were both working on other projects (i.e. ones that earn us a living!). Dawlish.com was an idea we had a few years ago to bring Dawlish into the 21st century. We knew it would be a long arduous task, but both being born & bred here, & both liking the place we thought we should contribute something to the town.
I think the site has potential, and once everyone has got used to using the net for finding out what is really going on in the town then it will fulfil its potential.
We have plans for the site, having worked on other town sites, & intend to make it much more interactive & up-to-date.
Currently it would be a great help if those that like the site could contribute some news & what’s on, as this tends to direct search engines towards the site, particularly popular events such as those at Powderham Castle.
You can help by adding stuff as a guest user & then I will tidy up by adding some images & further information.
