A two-story development gets the green light after a lengthy campaign.

The centre is to be built at Sandy Lane, Dawlish and will include a music recording studio and editing suite, an area for games and socialising and disco area with a DJ booth.

There will also be an IT suite, an office area and rooms where vocational skills such as building, carpentry, hairdressing and electrics can be taught.
