A long-running battle to save one of the best historic buildings in Dawlish has been given renewed hope now that the crumbling Grade II listed property has been bought by a new owner. The Old Vicarage in Weech Road was deemed to be in a 'critical' state four years ago but it has continued to be left in its dilapidated state.
