Mark Stevens has not been seen since May 18th. He sometimes goes by the name of James Sparkes.
Police are concerned for Marks welfare.

The 33-year-old is white, 5ft 10ins tall and of medium build, he has short brown hair and a fair complexion.

At the time Mark went missing it is thought he was wearing a dirty greenish jacket, a red and white Exeter City shirt, black Adidas bottoms and black trainers.
