Recommendation(s)

• Assumptions of a 4.0% pay rise for 2024/25

• A payment of £1,000,000 to reduce the pension deficit

I wonder what will be in the 2025 - 2026 plan!

That makes £4,000,000 extra paid in during the last 5 years that's were our money goes, Gordon Brown and Ed Balls killed final salary schemes when they robbed them of millions but all the time civil service, Council employees and NHS workers pensions are gold plated.
