If you got paid - even 10 pence - for your recycling, then okay, fair play, but you don't get a farthing.

I have lived for several years in the Third world, and I can tell you for a fact, your garbage recycling is more base than anything i've seen in Bangladesh. In fact its worse than the poverty alongside the Myanmar railway tracks.

(and it doesn't make a jot of difference to the environment, given the amount of effluence being produced elsewhere in the planet - if it makes you feel-good, then fine, but you're just abasing and humiliating yourselves in the process)

At the end of the day, if it's recycling or any other subject to do with Teignbridge, it's all politics. This forum is proof of that, divide and conquer, if the Council can get the people of Dawlish or anywhere within Teignbridge to argue amongst themselves, then you are leaving them alone to push through any policies they like. Teignbridge is corrupt, we all know that.
