On October 27th we will be running an Introductory course in plymouth which is going to be 4 hours long and will cover various parts and techniques from the Level 1 & 2 courses.
This will include:-
Knife
Gun
takedowns
control and defence
muggings
car jacking
awarness and safety
threat zones
the law and self defence
use of force
scenario's
and lots lots more
The price of the Introductory course is £20
