Dawlish Discussion

could anyone let me know what the prospect house area of dawlish is like please. am looking to move to a nice quiet part of dawlish - would this fit the bill? also are there any parts of dawlish that are best avoided with regards to yobs and druggies etc. Thanks in advance

I used to live at Prospect House and always found it to be very quiet, the residents were friendly and it was nice and handy for town. The only downside was the long walk up Strand Hill with my shopping! :)

thanks for that. i have just returned from viewing a property in prospect house, and you are right, i didn't realise it was so far up that hill!
