A woman in her 80s has died following a road traffic collision involving a mobility scooter in Dawlish on Wednesday 13 November. Emergency services were called to reports of a road traffic collision involving a blue Peugeot and a mobility scooter on Exeter Road, Dawlish, at around 11.55am.
