Women's Survival Course

Date September 22nd & 23rd

We will be running a 2 day Women's Survival Course every month starting from September 2007. Each day will be 6 hours long.

You do not need to be super-fit to participate fully in this course and no experience is necessary.

At the end of the course you will receive the following:-

Details about the course

This course is designed to teach girls and women how to protect themselves in a variety of all too real situations women face today: sexual harassment, sexual assault, and domestic violence.
Our male and female instructors will take you step-by-step through the Women’s Survival syllabus which includes lectures and physical training designed to make you a ‘Hard Target’
One of the most important aspects of this course is Conflict Rehearsals – scenario based training that prepares you emotionally and physically for a real conflict.
Our instructors are sensitive to the needs of survivors of these types of assaults and no student is forced to do anything they feel physically or emotionally unable to do.
Each course is for a small group of FEMALES ONLY. Instructors are male and female to make training as realistic as possible.
