I am looking for a 3 bedroomed house in/around Dawlish. Responsible, reliable tenant (ref's available from local estate agent) - deposit in hand.

Special requirements : Min. 3 Bedrooms, effective central heating and a garden, shower would be preferable. Don't mind minor DIY.
