Dawlish Notices

Can anyone help? I am looking for my dad, Tom, who I lost touch with 15yrs ago - the last address I found was in Teignmouth but I was told he had moved from there with no forwarding address. We spent many holidays in Dawlish when we were young, myself and my sister, Caroline, I thought, perhaps he may have returned there or close to there? Dad was a plasterer by trade, he was married to Dorothy who I know had family around this area. I just want to know that dad is well and happy, as he has been on my mind for a long time but every avenue I have followed has so far led to a dead end.I would be so grateful if anyone could reply with anything that may help.
