I am a single professional woman needing a house with garage and off-roading parking in the Dawlish area.

I am a non-smoker and have no children but do need to house my two very clean dogs. Please don't let that put you off - I am currently renting in Dawlish and have impeccable references for both myself and the dogs.

Terms and rent are open to discussion.
