NETWORK Rail is investigating an incident on the sea wall at Dawlish in which a woman on a mobility scooter fell to her death. Members of Teignbridge Council said the incident near Lady’s Mile had had an impact on many residents.

Members of Teignbridge District Council have had a negative impact on many residents for years. They ignore residents, force decisions upon them with sham consultations and silence and smear opposition voices. As if they give actual f*** about local residents. They're just expected to issue a statement whenever there's a tragic death.
