Fears of another fatality along a notorious stretch of sea wall in Dawlish were realised last weekend when a woman on a mobility scooter fell to her death, prompting renewed calls for safety measures to be urgently installed.

Urgently install a sign prohibiting mobility scooters and warning that doing a U-turn is not advisable or feasible once on the wall. Cycling is already prohibited, unfortunately access for all and inclusivity isn't always possible.
