People in Newton Abbot are justifiably angry about the unwanted, unpopular changes the Lib Dem run District Council under Wrigley's Leadership and their Tory allies in Devon County Council are forcing onto Queen St. Unsurprisingly finding Lib Dem election leaflets through their doors from Westminster hopeful Wrigley himself telling them he's the 'People's Champion' and 'working hard for Newton Abbot' rubs salt into the wound. So Wrigley and the Lib Dems who ignore traders and residents views and admitted on the BBC that the Queen St consultation was flawed shouldn't be surprised when this happens (nobody should be really) in response to his authoritarian approach, when people feel our so called 'democracy' fails them;

So there you have it Wrigley's Lib Dems blaming and bullying a political opponent in the General Election without any evidence at all. Shameless.

This is also an example of a party totally out of touch with those they claim to serve as Cllrs in TDC and their candidate who seeks election to higher office in Westminster.
