Thats the precentage of the population that contribute to this discussion board. What is it that is so uniquely apathetic about people who live in Dawlish? There are two primary schools so its not all computer illiterate old folk. As I mentioned before, the letters in the Dawlish Post are all written by people who live elsewhere.
Something in the sea air perhaps or maybe its that mist.
