Dawlish Discussion

I'm looking to move to the Dawlish area and was wondering if anyone would want to do an exchange with me. I have a 2 bedroom downstairs maisonette with central heating, double glazing, newly fitted kitchen, driveway large front garden and 80ft long back garden, on bus route, local shops, 1/2 mile from train station and close to M4 for commuting.
