Another unenforceable idea from the council re: 4 dog rule, litter wardens.

I like the way they say sevral roads!!!! They do not enforce the current speed limits so how would they enforce a 20mph blanket limit?

In my cynical view they are merely doing as they are instructed by the lunatics up the chain that goes all the way to the W.E.F. Call me a conspiracy nut job, but I saw through the scamdemic early on and do not have that experimental vaccine swirling through my cells.

This is just start, next will be 15 minute cities and climate lockdowns.
