Hazel, 53, was a member of the leadership team at Hope Church in Dawlish who say she made an enormous contribution, not just in the church, but in the town's wider community. The church has described the loss as "heart-breaking" and has invited all who knew her, regardless of faith, to attend a service in her memory tomorrow, Tuesday, August 1 at 7pm.
