Dawlish Discussion

Property management agent and retired Force and Sons estate agent Mr David Force, from Dawlish, pleaded guilty to three charges of breaches of fire safety at Newton Abbot Magistrates Court on Monday 15 August. He was ordered to pay full costs to the local authority. The charges relate to his property at 9 Queen Street, which is used as commercial businesses on the ground floor with a privately let flat above.

 and now he's just shy of £9,000 lighter due to having to pay costs and compensation. 

Weekly income of £389? My ar$e!

Love how in the article it's turned back to the Fire Authority for not checking up on it instead of him for not making the required changes!

"I have a certain standing in Dawlish"  He seems to have a very high opinion of himself.  Income of £389 a week?  OK.

Looks like his book on dawlish history just got more expensive😀
