Just to point out that all these new homes have two storeys. So if you need single storey accommodation (for example if you, or someone who lives with you, is a wheelchair user) then this development may not offer anything suitable for your needs.

Note that this picture was taken before the Redrow development took place as the green field at the bottom centre of the picture has now been developed and has had flats and houses built on it.

The buildings on the lower right edge of the picture are those of the Langdon Forensic Mental Health Hospital.

The total number of new dwellings on this development will be 190.

168 will be put on the open market for purchase.

22 will fall into the Affordable Home category and will be available for rent or part ownership via a housing association.

As far as I can ascertain the AH dwellings will be as follows:

6 x 1 bed

9 x 2 bed

7 x 3 bed

If you or anyone you know is interested in any of the AH dwellings then you must register with Devon Homes https://www.devonhomechoice.com/
