General Discussion

To consider a Notice of Motion submitted by Councillor Dawson as follows:

To air safety concerns with stakeholders regarding Elm Grove Road and the nearby junction of Exeter Road (including the two crossings) and bring together stakeholders to formulate a community action plan to reduce the risk.

To call for a meeting with area stakeholders including D&C Police, Dawlish College, Gatehouse School, Tinky’s Pre-School, Devon County Council, Teignbridge District Council (community safety), Developers in Secmaton area, and Dawlish Town Council, with a primary focus of drawing up a community plan of risk reduction.
