Tonight's the night! The switch on! If you are coming please wrap up warm as may be wet and it will be windy. Please don't come if you feel unwell or have symptoms of Covid-19 or have tested positive.
Due to the winds we can't operate rides this evening but there's still a lot to be part of! Lantern parade from Dawlish Bowling Club at 4.30pm down and around Lawn to Bandstand - Those with lanterns please assemble at 4.15pm at the Bowling Club. We do have some spare lanterns on a first come first served basis. Lanterns must be using battery operated lighting. From about 5pm - Community Carols, School Choirs and Churches with Torbay Brass Band accompanying carols. Mayor switches on the lights 6.00pm
After the switch on - FREE refreshments at the Lawn Bowling Club served by Dawlish WI in aid of Mayoral Charities.
Torbay Brass Band will be on the Strand 6pm to 6.30pm.
Late night shopping in town!!
