Used this car park today. Haven't been there for ages so what I am about to say may be very old news but I thought I'd post it as I was unaware of it.

The parent and child car parking spaces are located on level F. This is the level where the bridge from the car park, above and across the road below, leads straight to an entrance to Primark and thence to the Guildhall shopping mall . This bridge is now closed off. The lifts are also no longer functioning and are boarded up.  So the only way you can get from whichever level you have parked on in order to get out of the car park is either by using the stairwell or, if you have a child in a buggy or are with someone using a wheelchair, is by using the same ramps as the cars entering and exiting the building!

When I got home I thought I would look up why this car park has been allowed to deteriorate so much. Seems this site (along with some other Exeter city centre car parks) has been identified as a brown field site for housing development.

I've used this car park in the past. Another nail in the coffin for Exeter city centre if it's going to close & be used for housing (student accommodation?)
