Only a week away! Christmas Light Switch On - Friday 26th November 4.30pm – 6pm
Lantern parade from Dawlish Bowling Club at 4.30pm down and around Lawn to Bandstand - Those with lanterns please assemble at 4.15pm at the Bowling Club. We do have some spare lanterns on a first come first served basis. Lanterns must be using battery operated lighting.
From about 5pm - Community Carols, School Choirs and Churches with Torbay Brass Band accompanying carols.
Mayor switches on the lights 6.00pm
Lights switch on includes: Festive Street Lights, Christmas Tree and Illuminated Nativity Scene at Bandstand, Waterfowl Compound and Brook Lights.
After the switch on - refreshments at bandstand served by Dawlish WI in aid of Mayoral Charities.
Torbay Brass Band will be on the Strand 6pm to 6.30pm.
