Tributes have poured in after yet another bird has been killed by an out-of-control dog at the bird sanctuary in Dawlish - home to the famous black swans and a collection of ornamental wild fowl.
Bird and animal lovers are distraught and Dawlish Town Clerk is warning that it will prosecute owners who do not keep their dogs on leads.
