Dawlish Discussion

Hi All, My son is looking for a 1 bed flat or studio apartment to rent. He has just moved down to the area from Bristol. He is looking for a property in either Dawlish, Teignmouth, Newton Abbot or Torquay. We have contacted all the agents and places like Open Rent but was wondering if there were any private landords looking for tenants. He has already tried The Dog House in Dawlish but it was not suitable for him. Thanks
