Dawlish Discussion

The England and Wales police watchdog is investigating the death of a man who died in custody in Devon.

So far the cause of death has not been established and further tests are being carried out.

Francis was jailed in 2017 for 20 months for stealing a car. He had previously lived in the south Devon seaside town of Dawlish but at the time of his sentence he was homeless.

Whats your point with this post? are you linking regretable deaths among the public with the tens of thousands arrests where things do not go badlyy wrong?Are you insinuating that this is police brutality in the uk, or are you trying to link this with BLM,?  If your posting general hyperlinks at least say why................................
