For decades now the NHS has been caught in an upside down world.

Management rule the roost and patients and nurses are at the bootom of their list.

Managements goal is to maximise the amount of money that goes in THEIR pockets.

On one hand they moan there are not enough beds and with the other hand they sell off numerous well positioned and well used local hospitals.

Greed is not only one of the main eroders of the NHS, but also of this once proud and powerful country.

Its time the little people stood their ground and said ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

They forget (always) to mention about the amount of immigrants (legal & illegal) that have come into the country and putting a strain on our NHS.

The problem is that goverments allow mass immigration and we are talking millions of people and dont consider infrastructure, roads, healthcare, schools,law enforcement, etc and we end up playing catch up. 

wait for teignbridge to call for an " emergency immigrant crisis"  and  open a a positon on the council for that.

Cut Costs get rid of  Channel 4 especially the news .

Being an old fart who has had the sad misfortune to be born in the U.K and had to endure decades of bull from politicians. I have slowly, over the years, evolved an inbuilt bull s££t translator. Which has been working over time with politicians saying how the government will cope and the NHS.

Batten down the hatches... World War V is here and the incompetent are in charge. God save us all.
