The Old Vicarage, which casts a shadow over homes in Weech Road and Vicarage Gardens, has been gradually falling into a greater state of disrepair.
The only benefactor from the sorry situation appears to be a wannabe Banksy, after impressive artworks popped-up on some of the walls.
