National Rail said: "A severe weather warning is in place at the Dawlish Sea Wall today. Consequently, from 08:30 until the end of the day, CrossCountry trains to and from Paignton / Penzance may be revised to start / terminate at Bristol Temple Meads or Exeter St Davids.
