What about BREXIT!

As we are are this subject. we are hearing all of the time the damage leaving the EU will cause US. has anybody heard of the damage it will cause the remaining countries.? To leave on the 31st Oct withut a deal is I believe are best shot. EU leaders take things to the wire and they may buckle if the no deal is left on the table. Nobody knows what will happen it is all guess work with or without a deal.

In 2018, UK exports to the EU were £289 billion (46% of all UK exports). UK imports from the EU were £345 billion (54% of all UK imports). The share of UK exports accounted for by the EU has generally fallen over time from 55% in 2006 to 43% in 2016, though this increased slightly to 44% in 2017 and 46% in 2018.

So one if not all would lose out if we left, that is why the EU does not want us to go.

Corbyn simply won't take BoJo's poisened apple that will allow a no-deal brexshit. Anybody who doesn't acknowledge this is either playing dirty or a complete and utter numbnut! But don't let facts hinder your selfish, Xenophobic, self-destructive path that condems your grandchildren to hardship for decades to come.

Calling people xenophobes or racists because they voted to leave the membership of a political/trade union lacks intelligence. How is wanting out of a white elitist union like the EU, in order to trade freely with the rest of the world (which is mostly non white) racist or xenophobic? The SNP and Sinn Fein want to leave the British union and no one calls them xenophobes or racists and nor should they. So why are those who voted to leave the EU? I voted to remain but if I have to vote again it will be to leave. There was a referendum. Leave won. Either we live in a democratic country or we don't. If the leave majority vote is ignored, we will never be able to condemn the likes of Assad in Syria or Putin in Russia again because they will laugh in our faces and rightly so.

Life long Labour party members like Alistair Campbell and Tony Robinson say that about Corbyn and his hardcore supporters. It's not just the right wing media. I don't agree much with Corbyn but just because he has opinions I don't fully agree with does not make him loony. Not so long ago Corbyn spoke out publicly against EU membership. His old Labour comrades like George Galloway and Dennis Skinner still do. Which goes to show that Brexiteers are not all far right, xenophobic and racist. Galloway & Skinner are socialist & multiculturists to the core and yet they find themselves opposing Corbyn. Has Corbyn (since becoming leader) become subject to and victim of big business, party donation pressure? Not something a backbencher has to worry about.

If I was a Labour supporter I would want Corbyn out. He is a failure. Some of his shadow cabinet seem to be a bit thick.

The way that Comrade Corbyn might get in is if the sensible vote is split between Tories and Brexit.

For the sake of the country and all our futures, we've all got to hope and pray Corbyn is never PM, he is the worst person for the job. He is clueless and is overloaded by the most simple questions.

Lady Nugee was on Question Time last night stating how she would negotiate a new deal with the EU, put it to the voters in another referendum and then campaign against what she had negotiated.  This is the state of Labour.  God help us if Corbyn and his morons ever get inside No.10.

He is not up to being a PM ..so he is putting off Election ...but he wont win anyway ..people have more sense.  Though I suspect the first time voters think he is wonderful, they fell for the Student freebie and him at Glastonbury.... which was enough for them to love him lol.

Corbyn has been an activist all his life, he is simply not up to the job of being PM, but he doesn't have to worry because McDonnell is the power behind the throne.  I suspect Corbyn doesn't utter a word without McDonnell's permission.

I'm always up for a war of words but how about for a changeyou actualy concentrate on policies and tell me which of them you hate? Is it the fair taxes and closing of loopholes for the richest so they pay as much as us on more average incomes?  Is it that they want to channel government income to helping out people living in poverty rather than giving tax breaks and loopholes to the richest?

That's just to start because I don't want to overwhelm you :)

I do not have figures before me, but it is a fact that the richest among us still pay considerably the most into the Chancellor's coffers. Taxing them substantially higher will drive them elsewhere, or to seek loopholes, as it did in the sixties and early seventies (known then as The Brain Drain, though many high tax paying rock stars also b*ggered off). Please, please do not forget the lessons from recent history, and also, please take a step back and post only when you have calmed down.

The labour MP you are talking about is John Mann who has done everything he can to undermine the Labour party since Corbyn became leader. The FACT is if you look at cold hard stats, antisemetism in the Labour party is 0.06% which is lower than both in the UK and in the Tory party. But don't let cold hard stats get in the way. Additionally the stats also tell us that the rate of antisemetism in the Labour has gone down under Corbyns rule.

And lastly, no MP has as long a record of campaining for the rights of ALL minorities including Jewish people as Jeremy Corbyn whereas the illustrious leader of the Tories has a very long record of lying, bigotry, mysogeny and homophobia. But lets not dwell on that, lets point at Corbyn and shout "Over there"

eta... John Mann was about to be deselected by his CLP which is why he ran

Regarding the photo... The Guildford 4s convictions were quashed because they were innocent, or did you forget that small fact. Even The Sun had to admit that, albeit buried deep in a very small article like they always do when they are caught lying and have to apologise

Vicks, it's the millionaire Tories that have created the loopholes. Why do you think they are all so desperate to leave the EU? It's because of the new tax laws that are closing these loopholes. The UK and it's territories are the greatest enablers of tax avoidance in the world!!  sad
